Hi there! It’s me, Peggie and I want to help you with your job hunt. A few years ago (2021) I completed the coursework and exam to become a Professionally Certified Career Coach.
And I want to combine that strategic work with the inner work of understanding and aligning your values and purpose with searching for your next job.
To do that I’m offering ONE person 3 months of one-to-one ZenCareer coaching - no strings, no cost.
Why I’m doing this:
Everyone deserves to be happy at work - and there are too many people who are not - and yet when people are happy at work they are happy at home, in their communities and beyond - so I’m on a mission to see you happy at work!
There’s long been a disparity between haves and have-nots (you decide what that means to you) and I’m on a mission to level the playing field. I know not everyone has the budget for private coaching, so I want to help people who really could use the help to get out of their own way, shed the traumas that may be holding them back and get out into the world with their own brand of magic at work.
It’s my birthday month and I am very aware of how my life has been positively impacted over the years by people who have helped me - if I could I would help everyone who asks - but I can’t - so this is my small foray into helping.
I’m not promising you’ll have your new job in 3 months (but you might) although I am certain that at the end of 90 days you will:
have a clear and meaningful target for your job search
understand the practical and strategic steps to not only find jobs, but apply, interview and negotiate a new job
unearth habits that may be prohibiting you from reaching your goals
and a whole lot more based on the inner and outer vision of your ideal job and life
How this will work:
Between now and February 10th I’ll hold 30 minutes calls with everyone who is interested in this opportunity;
I will dive deep with you to understand your situation around finding a new job and give you concrete next steps (whether or not we end up working together)
Between February 10-14 I will review the candidates and determine who I’ll be working with for this opportunity.
On February 15 I will contact everyone who expressed interest and let them know the outcome - I will of course, contact the person I’ll get to work with as well.

Include specific information about what’s been working/not working in your job search up to this point (even if the challenge is figuring out what you really want to do) and
Include up to 3 times you are available between now and February 9th for a 30 minute conversation (after 530 pm or prior to 830 am Eastern time, Monday-Friday).
